Inside a second driveway gate, there is a parking area where 3 or 4 cars can comfortably park. The villa does not have a garage or covered area for cars. Kitchen And Dining Area On the first floor, Villa Ilaria welcomes our guests in the spacious living room that continues with a large covered balcony furnished with a large table where you can have lunch and dinner in the midst of greenery with your entire family or with friends. Next to the living room is the kitchen, which leads to the terrace with an outdoor lounge where you can relax and enjoy the view of Lake Garda. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, and all the necessary elements in the kitchen. Bedrooms And Bathrooms Villa Ilaria has four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The Master Suite is located on the same floor as the kitchen and living room and is completed by a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor we have 3 rooms with double beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. Each is completed by a large built-in wardrobe and French window overlooking the garden. External Areas A large garden surrounds the entire property which is not completely fenced as the upper part is a protected woodland. The swimming pool, set in the garden's greenery, is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for perfect relaxation.
