Apple tree cottage at the foot of the South downs national park is a place where you can relax with the whole family. The location is very peaceful yet a 3-4 minute walk to the High st where there are 3 pubs , 2 restaurants and a supermarket. The cottage has a large garden overlooking the NP. It has private use of an old Tennis court. There are plenty of walks to explore. Washbrooks family farm is a 3 minute walk away brighton beach 15 min drive London 1hr 30 Hurst college 2 min The space The country kitchen opens through to the living area where a wood burning stove serves both sides The property has three bedrooms but can sleep up to 8 people. There are two bathrooms There is an outside dining area which has a bbq and a fire pit There is a Tennis court for private use Guest access Access to the cottage is completely private. The drive is approx 300 - 400m from the main road There is parking for three cars . There is a private gate which has a path that takes you to The village where you can enjoy various pubs , a pizzeria, Morleys restaurant Hampers a Deli (where Bob sells a selection of delicious deli type foods and has lovely take away meals ) Opposite the drive there is Washbrooks farm which is a real hit with Children .
