Modern well equipped villa with secluded privacy and private pool. Plenty of living space for larger families. Short walk to Jolly Harbour for shops, restaurants and bars. Nearest beach is a short walk and or there are four stunning empty beaches only five minutes drive away. There are shops, bars and restaurants. The space There are three bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. There is living area with satelite TV, diner area, and kitchen. There is a spacious terrace area overlooking the pool with an outdoor dining area and gas bar BBQ, Guest access There is dedicated parking for two cars outside the villa. Hiring a rental car is recommended as there is a lot to see and do on the island. However it is a 15-20 minute stroll to the nearest beaches. Other things to note The Antiguan government introduced a Tourist Levy effective October 2021 which is included in the quoted price. It is 5USD per night per person over 6 years.
