Four of them with 180x200 beds, one with two 90x200 beds (convertible to 180x200 on request). More than 400 m2 of space allows the rooms to be very spacious, with large windows for exceptional brightness. As all the rooms are on one floor, most of the villa's spaces have direct access to the garden, with palm trees, pines and giant yuccas, in addition to other species. A large swimming pool with a modern finish and a non-aggressive salt filter with skin offers the opportunity to relax on the sun loungers available. The large living room opens completely to the impressive terrace, both equipped for 10 people to enjoy the warm nights of Marbella. The terrace includes separate dining and relaxation areas, as well as a large gas barbecue. The exceptional kitchen is fully equipped with two dishwashers, two ovens and two ceramic hobs, plus a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and all the other equipment you would expect for a comfortable stay. The kitchen opens onto a cozy patio that adds light, air, and comfort to the experience. Very convenient location, a five-minute walk to the beach, a ten-minute walk to restaurants and other services in Cabopino, a ten-minute drive to Marbella and some of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol. Access to nearby places is very easy, as the villa is located near the A7, the main domestic road that runs along the coast connecting urban centers and beach areas. Villa Dune offers great privacy, and has a car entrance that opens to a space in front of the house with ample capacity for 2-3 cars. There is a small door on the south wall that is the best access to the beach. The villa has fiber internet and each bedroom has a 42'' Smart TV where you can stream any content from a modern phone or tablet. The living room, open to the kitchen, patio and terrace, is equipped with an 85'' Smart TV perfect for a movie session with friends, or to share your favorite Spotify playlist. Quality bedding, towels and beach towels are renewed every week. For rentals of two weeks or more, an additional four-hour cleaning service is included. The villa is maintained by English and Spanish speaking staff, and we provide our phone number to ensure a quick response to any unforeseen event or need that may arise. Pets are not allowed and the villa is strictly non-smoking in the interior spaces. The area is very quiet, but if you think it is convenient, you can use the alarm system with which it is equipped. If you need additional services (transfers to/from Malaga airport (approx. 35 min), or additional cleaning services, please request them in advance so that they can be properly managed.
