Beautiful 4-bedroom house with pool

Gites et Vélos is the perfect place to relax with the whole family or a group of friends. Our tranquil 4 bedroom house in the stunning Midi-Pyréenés is the perfect place to get away from it all and recharge surrounded by the beautiful french countryside. In July and August the property benefits from exclusive use of all facilities including a private pool, hot tub, large secure garden and games room. The rest of the year these facilities maybe shared with our 3 bedroom gite. The space The house has a modern fitted kitchen and open plan living dining room with double doors leading out to your private garden and barbecue area. There is a downstairs toilet and entrance hall. Upstairs there are 3 light and spacious bedrooms and large family bathroom with a bath and shower. On the second floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. In July and August you have exclusive use of the large garden, swimming pool, wood fired hot tub and games room. For the rest of the year these out door facilities may be shared with our 3 bedroom gite if both houses happen to be rented out at the same time. Other things to note There is a Nespresso coffee machine which takes coffee capsules. There is also an espresso with milk steamer machine which takes ground coffee beans perfect to make a latte or cappuccino . We are happy to accept well behaved dogs and they must be declared prior to arrival. All we ask is you clean up their poop in the garden and please do not leave them untended in the house for long periods of time. If you have small children, we are happy to provide a baby bed, stair gates, high chair, baby bath etc. just let us know what you need before you arrive.
