The space This modern townhouse with a private garden and pool sleeps up to 6 people and is the perfect getaway for families and young professionals who want to enjoy the town of Sagres and the amazing (surf) beaches. The owner updated this accommodation in June 2022 to create a homely, comfortable, luxurious holiday home fully equipped. It has two bedrooms with two single beds each, which can easily be pushed together. A sofa bed in the living room folds into a small double. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with modern appliances, including a 4-plate induction stove, oven and microwave, a small dishwasher and a washer/dryer combination. To top it all off, the house has a spacious private garden with outdoor furniture, a BBQ and a private pool that can be heated upon request (at extra cost) and with an optional child protection gate. ➤ Please Note! From September 2025, a new plot is being developed behind our condominium. We are not privy to information about the exact nature of the works on specific dates. Disruptions will be minimal for the majority of the time, but some construction noise can happen at times and we like to be upfront about that.
