The space Our beautiful home overlooks the Amoreira River and wetlands in a stunning stretch of the Costa Vicentina Natural Park. It is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom (three en-suite) spacious villa, located in the quiet, residential neighbourhood of Espartal that is within walking distance of both Monte Clerigo and Amoreira beaches. The modern open-plan architecture seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces and panoramic picture windows perfectly frame the surrounding natural elements. Multiple terraces, a swimming pool, a sauna, a gas BBQ and ample outdoor gardens are all perfectly suited to Aljezur’s favourable year-round microclimate. The surrounding area of Aljezur is renowned for its world-class surf scene and stunning cliff-top coastal hikes (Rota Vicentina). INTERIOR Our home can comfortably sleep 6 people and there are air-conditioning units the bedrooms. The home comes fully furnished with high-quality Portuguese bed linens and towels, three flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen including Samsung appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher), Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, juicer, immersion blender, toaster, microwave, iron and washing machine. For digital nomads, there is WiFi throughout the house (both on the top and bottom levels). The house is decorated with original works by a local artist. OUTDOORS Glass sliding doors lead from the dining to the patio with views of the pool and the beautiful Amoreira River. The outdoor areas have had recent structural upgrades that prioritize the privacy of our guests. For surfers and sports aficionados, there is an outdoor shower, surfboard rack, and wetsuit drying space. Private covered parking is available with access to an electrical outlet, as well as unlimited street-side parking.
