A majestic place surrounded by mountains, centuries-old olive fields, native Mallorcan trees and just 10 minutes drive from the ancient town of Pollenca. The house sleeps 12 guests and has been lovingly renovated with special emphasis on the conservation of old traditional elements such as exposed stone walls and wooden beams on the ceilings, while the interiors now have a more current and modern character. Some of the most important improvements include newly tiled floors, a renovated kitchen, refurbished bathrooms as well as the addition of a fifth exterior bathroom by the pool and new lighting throughout to create a contemporary ambience in all spaces. Set over two floors, the ground floor comprises a spacious entrance/dining room with original walls and access to a fully equipped kitchen that still preserves the old fireplace (currently disabled) with a cosy seating area around it, typical of old Mallorcan houses. A large leisure room with table football, a sofa/chaise lounge and an impressive 65-inch screen smart TV (wireless internet connection so that guests can sign in to their accounts to watch Amazon, Netflix, etc.). A stone archway from the dining room leads to a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom which completes this floor.
