The apartment is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is a 1.5-kilometer walk to blue-flag Monte Clerigo beach. The surrounding area of Aljezur is renowned for its world-class surf scene and stunning cliff-top coastal hikes. The space 2nd-floor apartment features twin east and west -facing terraces that give you uninhibited sunrise and sunset views over the river and mountains of the Natural Park. The eastern-facing terrace that adjoins the living room has a seating area that is a wonderful spot to take in the morning sunshine and enjoy breakfast with a view of the mountains and river. It is equipped with a double-burner electric BBQ for alfresco dining. Master BR is ensuite (bathtub, bidet) and both BRs feature queen-sized, award-winning Emma beds, Portuguese linens and towels and original works by a local artist. Living room has a sofa bed, 50” smart TV (Netflix / Disney / satellite television).
