The space Our clean, modern and stylish apartment comes fully equipped with all of the amenities you will need for a comfortable, hotel-standard stay. It is the ideal location for families and groups of friends looking for a convenient base to explore everything this vibrant, historic city has to offer! 🏠 SOCIAL SPACES & ENTERTAINMENT Inside, natural light floods the large, open-plan living and dining area, featuring a high cathedral ceiling looking up to the loft gallery. Relax on one of the two comfortable sofas in the sitting area and watch a film on Netflix, or gather around the large dining table that easily accommodates six people. 🍳 KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen includes a large central island and a high-quality Neff oven and induction hob, providing all the home comforts you need. 🛏️ BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS With three double bedrooms, there's ample space for a good night's sleep, and two bathrooms ensure plenty of room to get ready for a night out. The funky loft-style bedroom is particularly special, with its own luxury ensuite bathroom with a sumptuous bath and a huge skylight, perfect for stargazing during a relaxing soak. The adjoining sitting area has large sliding doors that open onto the inset roof balcony, providing a perfect spot to watch the sunset and unwind with a glass of wine in the evenings. 🌿 OUTDOOR SPACE Guests have access to a small, glass balcony accessed through the glass doors. 🚗 PARKING Parking for one vehicle can be arranged at a cost of £5 if you contact us in advance! The apartment is located in the Redcliffe Residents’ Parking Zone, which operates from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. 📍 LOCATION Our flat is the perfect base for exploring Bristol. Nestled on a quiet residential street just off the historic Bristol Harbourside, it’s only a 12-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads Station, making getting around easy. Many of Bristol’s top attractions, restaurants, and cultural hotspots are also within walking distance. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourselves during your stay! Other things to note If you are driving, please contact us and we can help to arrange a parking permit for your stay. The property may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or toddlers due to steep stairs. Strictly no parties of any kind allowed.
