City Haven Preston has 4 professionally serviced one and two bed apartments each with their own full sized kitchen, washer-dryer and separate living space. Our guests' comfort and safety is at the forefront of everything we do. For longer stays of two weeks or more we provide complimentary weekly housekeeping with fresh bedding and towels and the services of a dedicated guest manager. We are 5-10 mins walking distance into town, Preston Train Station (0.5 mile) and UCLAN (0.7 mile). The space Our cosy one bed apartment is a really bright and lovely comfortable space to come home to. It is one of four boutique apartments at City Haven Preston. Perfect for couples, the business traveller or those needing to be near the university. The apartment is only 5-10 minute walk from the centre of town, train station and UCLAN. Whether you want to make a meal, watch TV, read a book or just put your feet up and unwind, this apartment has everything you need to relax after a busy day. It is located on the ground floor and overlooks the quiet cobbled tree-lined cul-de-sac. The living space has high ceilings and a big tall bay window letting lots of warm light through. The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything to make a quick or more elaborate meal and comes complete with cooker, oven, fridge and small freezer compartment, toaster, microwave and washer dryer for all your daily laundry. There is a separate large bathroom and the bedroom situated to the rear of the building is quiet with a super comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Apartment Rules We operate a Strict No Smoking Policy anywhere inside the apartment, gardens or front entrance steps of the building including Vapes and E-cigarettes. No candles inside the apartment. No parties or events You must not trade or run a business from this apartment Unregistered guests are not allowed into the building nor are they permitted to stay overnight without our prior knowledge. Any keys lost or not returned at the end of your stay will be charged for. Failure to follow the above House Rules will result in you and your guests being asked to leave immediately, your stay cancelled and no refund given. Please remove all personal items and dispose of all rubbish before your departure, failure to do so will incur a £25 fee. Self Check in any time after 3.30pm Check out by 11am We want you to enjoy your stay in our apartment, so we simply ask that you treat our apartment as you would your own home.
