The apartment is on the second floor of a Victorian home located on a busy, Pensacola street. There is potential for traffic noise. Other things to note We conduct quarterly pest control treatments as part of our regular maintenance. Living in Florida, we do our best to minimize pests, but the natural environment makes occasional activity unavoidable.
