One of the best spots in all of the south suburbs! 4BD/1.5BA unit in the heart of Historic Downtown Blue Island, the first suburb just outside Chicago. Very close proximity to a number of restaurants, bars, and bakeries (literally right above the store fronts). Near multiple highways(I-294 and I-57) for easy access to city and interstate travel. Walking distance to the Metra train which goes all the way to downtown Chicago. This Airbnb also has high ceilings and is by beautiful river front. The space Great for the family, travelers, work, and whatever other need(s) you might have. Has a theater set up with a large 75" tv & surround sound, great for movie nights, sports, or any other viewing needs. A desk for work, with strong WiFi (600 mbps). High ceilings(10'). Private patio in the back. Tons of food and recreational things to do in the area. If you have any questions, talk to us! Guest access Keyless entry in the back. Upon booking, you will be provided an entry code to enter. Once inside, a key to the front will be available, so you can enter from the front or back as you please. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This home is on the second floor and is not handicap accessible. It requires walking up a flight of stairs upon both entrance and exit. ** Extra guest Penalty: $25.00 per extra guest. - Please account for all guests within the reservation. We just need to know who all will be on the premises. If we find out on our own about extra guest(s), without any communication on your part, this fee will be applied. We don't want any surprises and hope you understand. Let us know ahead of time, and you'll be fine:) ** Unauthorized party or gathering: $400.00 - This is our biggest concern. We do not want people to trash or damage our property, as we worked very hard to create it. This is our lively hood and how we make a living. This space is very special to us. We hope you see and treat it that way as well:) Airbnb also holds hosts accountable, so we ask that you please do not put us in that position. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. ** Indoor Smoking Fee: $250.00 - This space is a family friendly environment. We ask that you please do not smoke or prepare any smoking paraphernalia within the apartment(i.e. load a bowl, roll a Joint, cut a swisher, etc). If we find Tobacco or Marijuana residue(ashes, leftovers, used papers, etc), this fee will be charged. As well as strong smell/odor. We only asked for no smoking in the past, but people still would do so, and leave a mess/smell. Which takes extra cleaning and work to remove it for the next guest(s). Our guests many times have children and infants, which is why we stand by this rule. If you absolutely have to or have some pressing need, this may not be the listing for you. Thank you for your understanding. ** Unauthorized Pet Fee: $150.00 - Our space is not meant to host pets. As well, other guest may be allergic. This fee goes towards the extra cleaning to ensure the space's utmost hygiene. If you or your guests ** Late Checkout Fee: $30.00 per 30 minutes after checkout time - We need to ensure our space is clean for the next guest coming in. Our cleaners only have so much time as it is. So, it is vital in our process that guests check out on time. We thank you and appreciate your understanding.
