Bedrooms: Our cottage boasts three inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Cozy up in the master bedroom, which offers serene waterfront views and a plush queen-size bed. The second bedroom has been curated for kids and features 2 single beds and a tv. The third bedrooms is equally inviting, featuring a comfortable queen size bed for a restful night's sleep. Bathrooms: You'll find 2.5 bathrooms for your convenience. The full bathroom on the upper level offers modern fixtures, while the half bath on the main level provides extra convenience for larger groups. The full bathroom on the lower level offers further convenience to shower before and after using the sauna or hot tub. We understand that you may wish to invite family and friends to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and many amenities but exceeding the maximum occupancy of 6 may result in fines from the local authority and eviction from the property. Please follow all bylaws provided in the binder and adhere to laws and regulations in regards to occupancy, fire pit use, pets, noise and fireworks in addition to house rules Other things to note Hot Tub and sauna are available year round Please follow all hot tub rules; especially in keeping debris out of the hot tub and operating the cover lift Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 people.
