Ruan Barn is a truly special place that will sleep 4 people (there is a sofa bed in the living area which may be used by one or two extra guest by prior arrangement) . Situated in the tranquil hamlet of Treburgett and surrounded by farmland and countryside yet 15 minutes from the spectacular North Cornwall coastline, with the famous beauty spots of Port Isaac, Polzeath, Rock, Boscastle, Tintagel and Padstow all within easy reach as is Bodmin Moor with superb walks on offer. The space The accommodation is beautifully presented and spacious, with a bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well appointed with microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The big windows and oak floor combine with high ceiling beams to create a sense of space and light. The living area includes two comfy sofas, one of which is a sofa bed accommodating an extra one or two people with linen provided only if approved. The lower ground floor has two bedrooms, a pristine bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC and utility space. Adjoining the living space, guests have use of their own private patio area surrounded by beautifully planted flower beds. The patio area includes a choice of seating and a BBQ Guest access Guests have their own patio and balcony area with table, chairs and a bbq.
