Inside, enjoy open-plan living and a designer kitchen complete with a coffee machine. The home includes three lounge areas with Smart TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. Outdoors, relax in the fully fenced yard with a patio, BBQ and outdoor Fireplace. Just a 8 minute drive to cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops, in Huskisson. A 13 minute drive takes you to the white sands of Hyams Beach and the natural beauty of Booderee National Park. *Bedrooms and Bathrooms * Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, En-suite, Fan and tv. Bedroom 5: 1 bunk bed, Single bed (top) double bed bottom) with a seperate additional single bed and fan. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy. > What is included? We provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive with allocated towels per person. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like glad wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics and often more, including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar. You can also find a Nespresso coffee machine, feel free to bring your own Nespresso pods alternatively we do supply standard coffee pods. Bathrooms have as a minimum Shampoo, Conditioner, shower gel, hand wash, and toilet paper. These are located underneath the bathroom sinks. There are laundry pods/powder supplied for the washing machine. (Please place powder inside the machine not in the liquid draw) Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required. For your comfort and peace of mind, we like to let all guests know that there is a permanent resident living on the property. They reside in a completely separate dwelling and respect the privacy of all guests at all times.
