Other things to note If your arrival to the check-in is about 22h or later you have to say before booking. These have a extra cost of 20€ (to pay in the check-in). Electricity is paid at € 0.30 / KW including taxes. For this, upon arrival, a light meter measurement will be made and you will have to pay € 35 in advance for each week of your stay. Upon departure, the difference will be paid if the case arises. When you make the reservation, I will request your personal information (full name, full usual address, nationality and your passport or ID number) to complete the document that you must sign upon arrival. The apartment is only rented for months with a minimum of 31 nights and the price is already very tight so please don't ask me for a price reduction.
