Seasonal rental apartment for non-tourist use. Minimum stay of 31 days and maximum of 270 days. A seasonal rental agreement will be drawn up. Spacious 28m² living/dining room, two double suites with two full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, and two large, sunny terraces with panoramic views of the sea, mountains, and the Tramuntana mountain range. Recently renovated. Communal garden and swimming pool. Communal parking area. Direct bus to the city center. The space Nice und sunny furnished apartment of 90m + 2 terraces, 2 double bedrooms (double beds), kitchen equipped with appliances and 2 bathrooms with showers. Beautiful views of Bellver Castle, the sea and the Tramuntana mountains. Community area with garden and pool and parking área (according to availability). TV, HiFi, WIFI FREE, washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen and towels and everything to make your stay enjoyable. Parquet, Aconditioned Air, Heating, and exterior aluminium carpentry with climalit. Easy parking. Closer to Cala Mayor Beach. Miró Museum and Marivent Palace. Public transport: very close bus stop, bus nr. 46, in direction to the old historic center of Palma. It is a quiet area but near (walking) to all kind of amenities like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the beach of Cala Mayor (12 minutes walking) or the Génova area (mountain). Maximum 4 GUESTS. Sure you will feel confortable and enjoy it. Parties are not allowed. Thanks. Guest access Bed linen, towels, beach towels (between the months of May and October), the apartment can be cleaned every 3 weeks ( incluyed in the price ), WIFI, TV, HIFI, washing machine, cooking utensils and small appliances. Posibility to rent a car, motos or a bycicles. The company of the bycicles have delivery service. Other things to note If your arrival to the check-in is about 22h or later you have to say before booking. These have a extra cost of 20€ (to pay in the check-in). Electricity is paid at € 0.30 / KW including taxes. For this, upon arrival, a light meter measurement will be made and you will have to pay € 35 in advance for each week of your stay. Upon departure, the difference will be paid if the case arises. When you make the reservation, I will request your personal information (full name, full usual address, nationality and your passport or ID number) to complete the document that you must sign upon arrival. The apartment is only rented for months with a minimum of 31 nights and the price is already very tight so please don't ask me for a price reduction.
