Hot water may take up to 15–20 minutes to reach full temperature, and drainage can be slower than in newer buildings. We kindly ask guests to be mindful not to use excessive toilet paper, as the system can clog more easily. Thank you for your understanding. · A/C — The unit may freeze if set below 68°F. If this happens, please turn it off for a few minutes before restarting. · In some of our 1-bedroom apartments, A/C is located in the living room only. The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan or portable fan. · The building has monthly pest control service. However, Florida natives such as palmetto bugs and sugar ants may occasionally enter seeking shelter.
