The covered patio has comfy furniture to enjoy the fresh air and view. This unit features two bedrooms and a “Hollywood” bathroom, which has a second sink/vanity in the Master Bedroom that can be closed off from the main bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, such as coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric water boiler, toaster, blender, cookware, silverware, ceramic and plastic dishes, four burner stove, oven and microwave. Other amenities include: bed linens, 4 sets of towels, 4 beach towels for Barton Springs, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and free laundry in laundry room on first level. Cleaning Fee: $200 for all monthly stays,$115 for short stays, mid-stay cleanings are available for $25/hour Guest access There is a bus stop about 2/3 mile away on Barton Springs Rd if you want access to public transport. There are lots of bike and scooter rentals all around and our guests get 10% off bike rentals or tours with Barton Springs Bike Rental and Tours. The hike and bike trails are also a fabulous way to get around Austin via bike or on foot. We have several ride share companies (Earth Rides, Lyft and Uber) if you don't want to rent a car. There is 1 reserved off street parking space right in front of the door and additional free parking on the street. Other things to note This is the perfect place for a small family coming to enjoy what Austin has to offer. There is one king bed, a twin bed and desk in the smaller second bedroom and if you end up with a 4th wheel we have twin bed mats available. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, such as coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, silverware, ceramic and plastic dishes, four burner stove, oven, microwave and Britta filter pitcher. Other amenities include: 4 sets of towels including beach towels for Barton Springs, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, ROKU TV with digital antenna channels, board games, high-speed WIFI, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, make-up removal wipes and other basic bathroom essentials. There is a free laundry room downstairs and a gas grill out front for your use as well. Additional linens, floor sleeping mat, bed rails, baby equipment, pet furniture covers, dog crate or baby gate available upon request. We allow pets with a $50 - $100 fee, depending on length of stay. For monthly stays, the additional $50 will be added on after you book and requested through the Resolution Center, unless other arrangements are made.
