We're conveniently located between Mt Rainier and Olympic National parks, close to Tacoma (Dome/Pt. Defiance) and a short drive from all of what Seattle has to offer. The plush furnishings found throughout the Villa invite guests to relax in luxury. Never want to leave? Just order Uber Eats, stay in and enjoy your time. Snacks are provided! The fireplace takes center stage while watching your favorite show/movies on the Roku tv w/Netflix, Hulu etc. available. Bringing the crew? The Villa sleeps 6 comfortably. Our "Blue" bedroom has a velvet sofa that converts to a twin bed. There is also a self inflating/ Queen size, 22" high air mattress w/ built in USB charger. A Pack-n-Play and High Chair are available for the kids. Both bedrooms feature solid wood sleigh beds, fluffy spa robes, comfy bedding & pillows, and a private patio sitting area. Need to stay connected? We have free, fast wifi & a work center w/ printer. The attached laundry room is well stocked, and great for extended stays. Like to cook? Guests are welcome to use the outdoor BBQ. Indoors our well appointed "kitchenette" has a large dorm fridge w/freezer, Keurig/coffee machine, electric tea kettle, microwave, electric frypan, hotplate/cooktop and air fryer. We have dishes, utensils and mixing bowls. (We do *NOT* have an oven). Our dining room seats 6 people comfortably. Guests have full access to our 1/2 acre, landscaped yard w/ multi level entertainment decks, outdoor spa tub, and fire pit- we even provide the fire wood, just bring the s'mores and enjoy the stunning beauty of the Puget Sound, Mt. Rainier, Commencement Bay, Point Defiance, and the islands. (Come up to the balcony level and take a pic of the perfect view). Late arrival? Not to worry! The Keyless entry gives you 24/7 access. There is a locked door that separates the guest apartment from the main home and we believe in giving our guests 100% privacy. We live in the top two floors and work from home so we are available by text/phone, (and in person if needed), should any issues arise during your stay. Our villa is tucked away in a peaceful nook of a quiet neighborhood, far from the busy streets and city lights. Look up at night and see ALL the stars! We especially enjoy the nature that surrounds us and it is common for deer to roam around the property. The view of Mt. Rainer on a clear day is absolutely incredible and all the comforts of the harbor, Tacoma, Point Defiance and Seattle are just a short drive away. A car to get down to the harbor is easiest, there is free public parking and the area is very walkable with lots to see and do. Sunrise beach is just a short walk/ bicycle ride from the villa, and you may even be greeted by the harbor seals upon arrival! We ask that guests treat our home with the care they would their own, please remove shoes while inside and smoke only on the patio (receptacle provided) or inside your vehicle. House Rules include NO parties, loud groups, unregistered guests, pets, smoking, or drugs. Our Villa and neighborhood are best suited for quiet, relaxing getaways. We have 2 friendly dogs- One is a 15 yo senior named Chloe (the corgi), the other a 7 mo old "puppy" named Ani (Formosa/lab), if you encounter them in the yard just give them a friendly hello! Chloe is a little blind/deaf but loves people, Ani is still a little shy/skittish but is warming up to guests more every day. Although we try to keep the noise level non-existent, you may hear the pitter patter of dog feet above you on occasion.
