The main bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second has a double bed. The third bedroom accommodates up to three guests in bunk beds plus an additional single bed. A porta cot is available; some toys are in the third bedroom. The outdoor living is so welcoming you’ll never want to go inside! The wide front veranda overlooks the beautiful solar-heated pool, surrounded by sun lounges and treed privacy. A large trampoline in the front yard and an all-weather table tennis table with bats and balls are provided. Step outside the kitchen and dining room to the expansive rear deck and outdoor living area, with a BBQ, big lounges, a dining table, and a central fire pit to gather around in the evening. The outdoor spa is located near the rear deck and offers a further dimension to the fabulous entertainment. The yard is fully fenced, and there is parking for two cars. The home comes with full linen and towels. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited. Please note that the pool is solar-heated only.
