The layout is open and airy, with an excellent open feel with double sliders that open directly to a huge screened-in lanai overlooking the boat lift and extra-wide canal. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you will need to make your vacation dining and entertaining easy and enjoyable. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, an en suite full bathroom, a sliding door directly to the lanai, and a smart TV. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed, a separate full bathroom, and a smart TV as well. There are also large smart TVs for your viewing pleasure in the den and on the lanai. Unique art galleries, boutiques, live entertainment, great local restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, and more within walking distance await your exploration on the quaint and beautiful island of Matlacha. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
