A group of seven will surely feel at ease with the home's pleasant environment. The space The rental contains full-sized stainless appliances for cooking your favorite meals along with a washer and dryer to keep your belongings looking fresh. For your entertainment, the home has three flat screen TVs plus access to the community pool. Gulf Stream Cottages 251 is only a five-minute walk to the beach making it a great option for those not wanting to stray too far from the shore. The rental is also close to many popular restaurants meaning you'll always be near a delicious meal. Please Note: We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited violation of this will result in eviction. Linens are provided. Unit will come furnished with comforters, bed sheets, pillows, pillowcases, 2 bath towels & 2 washcloths per bed. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. The minimum check-in age is 21. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. To confirm their booking, guests will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guests will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our check-in hours are a range between 3 pm - 5:30 pm (7 pm on summer Saturdays). Guests will receive a text message notification within that window once the rental has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. Homeowner Disclosure of Exterior Cameras: There is a camera installed at the rear of the house and the side of the house. They monitor the backyard and the side of the house.
