Mill Cote Cottage is a Grade 2 listed building tucked away in the heart of Kingsbridge. In addition to the comfortable living area the cottage has two bedrooms and many traditional features including a wood burning stove. The space A cosy centrally located two bedroom property. 3 Devon Square is a beautifully positioned retreat tucked away in the heart of Kingsbridge with a level walk into town. The cottage has a very snug sitting room with a wood burning stove, comfortable sofas and a TV providing a homely feel for relaxing around, be it enjoying a meal at the dining table or indulging in the entertainment provided. The two first floor bedrooms accommodate five guests (with one single pull out bed) To the front of the cottage there is a small patio garden complete with garden furniture providing a relaxed setting for dining al-fresco. Please note there is a unloading space at the front of the cottage. Private parking is provided in a private business car park a 2 minute walk away. We love dogs, having one ourself, and your dog is very welcome, however we do expect any dog mess to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. Regrettably we cannot accept a bitch in or about to come into season. We don't allow dogs to be left alone at the property and the charge is £10.00 a night for your furry friend. You will find a small supply of tea/coffee/milk and sugar to welcome you. Electric vehicles: we do not allow vehicle charging, however in an emergency and with owners specific consent it is possible to run a lead, but there will be an additional cost of £10.00 minimum per charge for doing so, paid directly to the owner.
