Relax at your own retreat at Short Sheep Winery. This bright, spacious Studio ideal for a couple or a solo traveller is set on a tranquil acreage just minutes from charming Mudgee. Enjoy a glass of wine with local produce on the verandah as the sun sets over the paddocks and marvel as the Milky Way reveals overhead. Several cellar doors are a short stroll away and award-winning dining at Pipeclay Pumphouse, Zin House and Blue Wren Barn nearby, it’s the perfect base for relaxation and discovery. The space The Studio offers extensive views over a 36 acre property just a few minutes from Mudgee with sealed road access. There is a queen bed with shower/bathroom en-suite, walk-in dressing room/robe. Generous lounge area with kitchenette with reverse cycled air-conditioned and ceiling fans. The kitchenette is ideal for preparing snacks/lighter meals and includes a portable induction hotplate, microwave, toaster and there is tea/coffee making facilities available. There is also an external electric kettle-style BBQ on a covered verandah that overlooks the property and has an outdoor setting. For you convenience, towels, body-wash, hand-soap, shampoo & conditioner are provided along with a hairdryer and an iron/ironing board. Guest access Guests are requested to respect the privacy of other guests on the property and not to access the deck and garden areas of the House and the Cottage. Guests are not permitted to enter the fenced paddocks owing to farm animals - sheep (including rams) and cattle are grazed on the property throughout the year. Other things to note SHORT SHEEP is a completely non-smoking and not acceptable anywhere on the property.
