This beautifully and welcoming home is suitable for a large family or even two family's vacationing together. Nestled on all sports Long Lake, you will find enjoyment for all ages from day to night. Spend mornings out on the deck while having coffee and watching the sunrise, days can be spent out on the lake swimming along the sandy bottom shoreline or fishing off the dock (dock won't be in the water until mid-June), nights can be spent roasting smores and hanging out around the fire, all while enjoying the gorgeous sunsets! Foodie families will enjoy this modern fully equipped kitchen that features an island with bar seating, along with additional bar seating facing the picture window, which can be opened up to conveniently serve meals out to the deck! A gas grill is provided as well for outdoor cookouts and gatherings. Wireless internet, linens and towels are all provided for your enjoyment. Pets are welcome with fee and must be crated if left home alone. Pet fee(s) of $100/pet will apply. 2 pet maximum. You will also find 1 kayak, 1 canoe, 2 paddleboards, a paddle boat, and a floating swimming platform available for your use. For an additional cost, there is also a pontoon boat available for you to rent for your stay(pontoon rental cost is NOT included in booking total). Paddles and life jackets are also available. Long Lake Landing is conveniently located just 30 minutes from Stearns Public Beach and Downtown Ludington, 40 Minutes from the beautiful Ludington State Park and 20 minutes to Meijer grocery store. No parties or large events No smoking For security purposes only, there are 3 exterior security cameras on the property. One is at the front door facing the front porch and yard and there are two in the back facing the back deck and back yard.
