The Combo combines both The Piccolo and The Grande for a spacious stay, perfect for families, friends, or couples traveling together. A connecting door joins the two suites, providing ample space to spread out with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens (one full), and two hot tubs. Enjoy vineyard views, chef-made meals (by request), and the shared piazza with fire pit and outdoor lounge. Pets allowed ($15 per day per pet). Just 5 mi from I-40 and near Center Hill Lake & local parks. The space Tuscany Inn Tennessee is a 33-acre hillside retreat in Hickman, TN—just 5 minutes off I-40, 15 minutes from Center Hill Lake, and less than an hour to Nashville. Inspired by travels through Italy and a love of slow living, the property blends Southern charm with rustic Tuscan style. Guests enjoy vineyard views, rolling pastures, and a shared guest piazza with a saltwater hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor lounge area. On-site, The Trattoria serves artisan pizza, breakfast, and traditional Italian dinners prepared by Chef Esther. Meals must be ordered in advance so she can source fresh ingredients and prepare them accordingly. (No food service on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.) We offer three private-entry suites—The Piccolo, The Grande, and The Combo—all with access to the shared piazza. We live in a separate barn home across the piazza and are happy to assist or give you space. Our two dogs and two cats also call Tuscany Inn home and may greet you during your stay. Notice: Please be aware early Autumn is “stink bug” season in Tennessee, especially rural areas. They can fly in when the doors open, and will buzz around the property. Tuscany Inn Tennessee uses a local pest control service regularly, and is doing our best to mitigate the issue as much as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
