The upstairs main bedroom 'Parents retreat' has a large open plan ensuite and is a great place to escape. First bedroom downstairs has a double bed, second bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom has a single bed, and fourth bedroom has single bunk beds. There is a second bathroom downstairs. Spacious kitchen contains gas cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Laundry contains a washing machine and clothesline. House is north facing so the afternoon sun shines through warming the lounge in winter. Located in a small beach community with great local cafe's, takeaway and newsagency a walk away. Beautiful quiet Marcoola beach only a 5 minute walk from the house.
