Balcony Room and Sun Room

Best Deal! Solid brick home built before the civil war. Go straight upstairs and the room is the second door on your left. There are 2 queen beds, private balcony, and door between rooms. The sun room is directly attached to the balcony room and also has views of the pond. The foyer entry has a community living room just off to the right for relaxing. A coffee maker, toaster and microwave are available. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony and views of the sunrise from the sunroom. The space Country setting with mature shade trees and a large lawn. There are no sidewalks to the house so you may unload your suitcases by driving up to the front door and unload before parking. Parking is on the center grassy area or toward the back of the circular driveway. Guest access The upstairs main balcony bedroom is directly attached to the sunroom. The balcony room is spacious and next to the bathroom. The bathroom is shared only by one other person on rare occasions. Together the large additional sunroom with extra queen bed makes a lovely suite with views of both sunrise and sunset. We live in the back and use different entry doors. The airbnb uses the front door with a code. Each room has their own deadbolt lock. The downstairs living room and foyer is for community use and is a friendly gathering area to get to know one another. The back area of the downstairs is private. Thank you for your interest! During your stay The front living room to the right of the foyer is a community access room and peaceful sitting room and gives everyone a chance to mingle and get to know each other. We enjoy meeting people from all over the world and locals too in a friendly casual manner and if yet if you need more time to yourself to relax the rooms also provide the peace and quiet for contemplative work or relaxation.
