Only a few times per year do bookings overlap. In those cases, each unit has private areas: this apartment has its own terrace (located between the pool and the apartment), while the house has a full balcony and another terrace by the pool. Only the pool area, barbecue, and hallway seating are shared when both accommodations are occupied. Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, open terrace, covered terrace, grill, and outdoor shower. The holiday home is set on an elevated position, ensuring exceptional views of the sunset, the two lakes (“charcos”), and Mount Teide. Public transport is less than 5 minutes away, and Hoover Beach is a 15-minute walk. There is a parking space on the property and free street parking.
