Charming and authentic 17th century stone house, completely renovated, comfortably accommodates 6 people. Rental located in Lanquais, a small quiet and picturesque village between Bergerac in the Purple Perigord and Sarlat in the Black Perigord. On site, restaurant and castles to visit. Nearby, farm products, regional product markets (foie gras, Monbazillac), many visits to historical monuments, prehistoric sites and natural sites. The space The terrace adjoining the kitchen will welcome you to share your meals or rest in peace. The large living room with exposed stone wall is located on the ground floor. It is organized with a living room area, kitchen with dishwasher, and a dining area including a wooden table and 6 chairs. A toilet with hand wash basin is also installed on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 3 independent bedrooms, one of which has access via the exterior stone staircase. Rental of linens and towels is not included in the price of the stay. It is possible to rent them at a rate of €15 per bed and €10 per person for towels. The bathroom is located upstairs. It is equipped with a shower, sink, and a second toilet. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, television, are available. For toddlers, there is a travel crib, a high chair, a changing mat and a small bathtub. For slightly older children, there is a slide, swing, and sandpit. To ensure your comfort, our gîte is visited every five years by the Dordogne Departmental Tourism Committee. Guest access The house is independent, you have exclusive access to all the rooms during your stay. Other things to note The cottage is a 5-minute walk from the barn where weddings are usually arranged. We offer to rent the sheets at the rate of 15€ per bed. You can also rent towels for €10 per person (1 bathdraps, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth). Charging electric cars is strictly forbidden in the cottage.
