Country setting house includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, 5 private bedrooms, a lower level dorm area with 12 bunk beds & kitchenette, washer and dryer. Detached shower house. There is a nice concrete patio and a large wooden deck with outdoor furniture and chairs. The house has three flat screen TV’s all equipped with DirecTV. Great internet WiFi. There is a 19 acre lake and a small pond for fishing. Parties and Events are not Allowed. Quiet Country Setting. Shower House and Large Patio with a fire pit, charcoal, and gas grills, Great for Outdoor entertaining. Sitting on the edge of a famous Baseball facility. 2 ponds and a large fishing Lake. Backyard Amish Cabin add on, or Fishing Hut in walking distance. NO TENTS PLEASE! Use of batting cages, ball diamonds or turfed indoor room available up to 2 hours/day for an activity add on fee of $25/day. Outdoor cameras are fully visible. Entire house accessible as well as Shower House, patio and porches, yard, pond and fishing lake. Large indoor turfed area can be rented, as well as the batting cages, or baseball diamonds. The weight room with pool table is complimentary. Code assess will be provided upon arrival. Quiet Country setting. We ask that you park only 4 cars in the driveway. Other parking is available behind the house or there is ample parking in parking lots on the Famous Flash Baseball Complex. There is one full bathroom in the house itself. The other 4 bathrooms are in the detached shower house just off the back porch. Has both men's and women's sides. This shower House is shared with the Amish Cabin right next to it. Also note that the bunk beds are standard twin size. They all have extra pillow top padding for comfort for children and adults too. There are 3 extra blowup mattresses available as well. Pets are allowed but there is a $50 per pet charge.
