Upstairs you will find a bonus room with a pullout couch and a private bedroom with 2 twin beds and an attached full bathroom. Attached 2 car parking garage is exclusively for guest use as is private fenced large backyard with patio and BBQ grill. Other things to note Pets are welcome as long as they are added onto the reservation, as we do charge a pet fee. Parties or events will incur a $1,000 fine. For bookings longer than 30 days, an additional cleaning will be done and the cleaning fee will be charged to the guest, as we like to keep our properties clean for our long term guests. Thank you!
