Cozy Cabin Themed Basement in Mountain Green

Make memories at this cabin themed family-friendly basement Airbnb. Relax by the fireplace, enjoy spacious living and dining areas, and get a great nights sleep in the well appointed bedrooms. Kids corner! Less than 15 min to Snowbasin. Community park, hiking trails, and gorgeous views from outside! The kitchen is well stocked with essentials, bath and laundry comes with full amenities. Starlink internet. The space This is a basement unit, so the windows have basement wells and are mostly underground - but you can still see outside and a few of the windows offer beautiful views! We live upstairs, so you’ll hear us going through our daily lives. We won’t come bother you and we want you to have a great trip! The space is super comfortable with over 2,000sqft. You have your own covered walkway, small backyard, parking area, and keypad activated private entrance. There is also a patio set and bbq. Internet speeds are acceptable, but not blazing fast- this is a rural area with an urban vibe! 65” TV wall mounted in main living room. The TV is a smart TV, with casting built in to cast your personal subscriptions and various free built in apps that can be used to watch content. The game cabinet is stocked with tons of great board games, cards, and a poker set. Kitchen has a large air fryer, coffee maker with reusable filter, dishwashing tablets, dish soap, new sponge, basic spices, wine glasses and openers, and nearly any utensil/pot/pan you may need to create culinary masterpieces. Laundry has soap and dryer sheets. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body soap, and lotion. Vacuum cleaner available upon request, as well as a variety of other cleaning supplies. Work desk has a pen, and a pad of paper. There is a storage closet under the stairs that can hold whatever you want, and in that closet is a folding game table and folding chairs! Kid supplies (high chair, baby walker, activity center, various toys, changing table, pack and play, etc) are available upon request! The kids corner in the living room has various toddler and young kid aged toys along with a great activity table to play on. There is a sound machine with nightlight for your use in the crib area. Pet supplies also available upon request (2 wire frame kennels, bowls, toys, leashes, etc.) Pets must be kenneled at all times when guests are not in the unit, no exceptions. This is for the safety of both the pets and the home. There are gas appliances, carpet, and expensive furniture which all could lead to dangerous and/or expensive damages if left out of a kennel. Couches must remain covered with the pre-covered protective blankets to protect the furniture from paw scratches, as we want to maintain great quality of furnishings for any that stay! If your pet marks/has bowel issues, please have them wear pet diapers to avoid any carpet cleaning issues! Guest access The Airbnb has it’s own little yard, and covered walkway from your side parking area to your private entrance. The front yard, main backyard, main house, garage, and all parking in front of the garage are not for Airbnb guest use. Within the unit, the furnace room and cold storage are locked and off limits. Other things to note We live in a wonderful quiet community. We ask that no loud music be played outdoors, music and TV is kept at normal levels indoors, and that common decency is used during your stay. We completely understand loud game nights can happen and your favorite movie is best played at a decently loud volume, let’s just also keep in mind a family with young children lives above you. So let’s please keep the volume down indoors especially after about 9pm!
