All items that are in the apartment or on the property (unless they are explicitly marked as "private" or "landlord") may be used by guests. Please treat things as if they were your own and think of the tenants after you. It is not allowed to change the device settings or the programming of the devices, etc., because then we cannot help by phone. Liability. You are responsible for the entire rental period. When leaving the apartment, always close the windows and lock the apartment door. We assume no liability in the event of a burglary or theft! Do not leave the apartment door key inside the apartment. The beating of carpets, blankets, upholstered furniture, etc. may only be done at the designated place, e.g. in the courtyard (never out of the windows) and only during the officially permitted times. Parking There are plenty of free public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Insofar as the guest is provided with a parking space in the yard, this does not constitute a custody agreement. In the event of loss or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property and their contents, the owner of the apartment is not liable, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. Parking motorized vehicles is prohibited on sidewalks and green areas. Oil changes and repairs of motorized vehicles are not permitted on the property and in the courtyard. When driving in the parking lots, walking speed must always be observed. Damage No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. If this should happen, we ask that you report the damage to us immediately so that we do not discover it until after your departure during the final cleaning. The guest is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs. Internet/WiFi A wireless Internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available in the apartment/vacation home. Please ask us for the access code. The use of the Internet with your own Wi-Fi-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the Wi-Fi connection is free of charge for the renter. You use the Internet at your own risk. The landlord excludes any liability in connection with the Internet use of the renter. For the use of Internet access via Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi usage rules must also be taken into account. Please understand, however, that we (must) protect ourselves against misuse with a signature on your part. Please note the following due diligence: You are responsible for the data transmitted via the Wi-Fi, the chargeable services used and the legal transactions carried out. If you visit paid websites or incur liabilities, you must bear the resulting costs yourself. You are obliged to comply with applicable law when using the Wi-Fi. Landlord's access to the apartment The landlord or a representative appointed by him is entitled to enter the apartment if necessary, e.g. for example, for work or repairs that have become necessary. As a rule, this is done with prior notification or by arrangement with the renter of the apartment. Furthermore, the landlord is entitled to enter the apartment if an accident or other circumstances force him to do so in order to avert further dangers. Misuse of the apartment The apartments are intended for residential purposes and in the sense of the usual stay, thus for recreation, relaxation and overnight stays. Use of the apartment as a party location or for celebrations is generally not permitted. An infringement entitles the landlord to immediate termination and the renter has to leave the apartment immediately. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price. Living area We'd appreciate it if you didn't step on the carpets and floors with “street shoes.” Shoes Please do not enter the apartment with street shoes, mountain shoes, cross-country shoes, snowboard shoes, snowshoes and rubber boots. These can be stored on the designated shoe rack. Please do not enter the house with spikes or other metal tips on your shoes. Please be sure to take off dirty shoes at the door. If possible, slippers should be worn in the apartments. It is not permitted to enter the buildings not listed in the rental agreement. The water from the taps in the garden is well water and is not to be used as drinking water. A suitable area is available for grilling not far from the building. Tent rentals No tents, campers or similar items may be set up on the property for overnight purposes without prior consent. Utilities Water, electricity, heating and garbage are included in the rental price, unless otherwise agreed. These costs are calculated for normal consumption. Should these be above average, the landlord reserves the right to charge an additional fee. Valuables / luggage Please note that we cannot accept any liability for luggage and valuables. We expressly assume no liability for the loss of valuables (especially jewelry and cash). The safekeeping of the wardrobe, musical instruments, technical equipment brought along and the like is also the sole responsibility of the guest. Lost property (remaining items) Upon request, we will send forgotten items to the guest. The risk and the costs are borne by the guest (unfree = double postage). Price reduction In the event of a short-term failure of furnishings, public supply or force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction. Defects in the apartment must be reported immediately to the landlord. The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period of time to remedy the defects.
