Welcome to Historic Downtown Owosso! Your private loft has an open floor plan, high ceilings, hardwood floors, laundry room, and a full kitchen. Walking distance to Curwood Castle, Steam Railroad Institute (home of the famous 1225 locomotive), Lebowsky Performing Arts Center, and all downtown restaurants, shops, and events. The space This loft space can accommodate up to 4 people, but 2-3 is ideal with only having 1 adult size bed. Queen air mattress available & twin-sized rollaway bed. Guest access The rear entry is coded and a lockbox with your loft key is at the rear entrance of the black and white painted portion of the building, as well as the parking. Entry and Lockbox codes will be sent on the day you check in. Other things to note Check out requirements: (See detailed checkout requirements posted in your loft, which will also be sent in your checkout message.) Laundry: strip the bed and start a load of towels, sheets, etc., and we will do the rest! Load and start dishwasher with dishes used, bundle up trash. We have 2 nearly identical units so your actual unit could be slightly different than the pictures you see.
