The balcony is a perfect place to overlook the beautifully well-kept gardens- brimming with lush tropical plants, bordering the warm turquoise waters of the sea. Just STEPS away from the pool deck is some of the finest white sand you'll ever lay your feet on. Unlike other beachfront destinations, you can walk for miles in each direction, soaking up the rays and views of Cozumel on the horizon. Our unit comes with a private parking spot. *Ask me about transportation to and from the airport* Head down to the palapa or swim up to the pool bar for some classic cocktails and bar eats. The pool bar will also be closed during this time. Please be mindful when the AC is on. If it's on, close the doors. If you leave for the day/night, turn it off. Electricity is very expensive in Quintana Roo. No smoking inside, patio is ok. September and October are construction months at Xaman Ha. Owners are allowed to renovate and make noise during this time. Be mindful when booking during this time that there could be noise from 9am-5pm Monday- Saturday.
