Sea Breeze Escape - Resort Condo in Runaway Bay

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This is a privately owned condo located in an established family oriented ocean front resort in Runaway Bay, Jamaica. Our condo is a complete space designed to meet the comfort of each guest. There is Wi-Fi, AC, hot water, 24hr security and private parking available. Please note, food and beverages are not included in this rental. The space This condo is located in Building 6 on the Resort property, with garden and pool views, and only 200ft from the ocean. From the covered balcony you can hear the sounds of nature in the lush gardens while enjoying cool ocean breezes in the evenings. Two beautiful, fully furnished, bright and modern rooms are included. Room 1 comes equipped with two single beds and a queen bed, while Room 2 has a Cal King bed for your convenience. Both rooms have attached ensuite bathrooms- Room 1 with a standing shower and Room 2 a shower and bath. Note also a half bathroom is located near the entry on the ground floor. The condo also has a full kitchen and dining area downstairs, equipped with electric range, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The living room beckons with its large comfortable couch, big screen 4K smart tv with access to popular cable channels and connected to the resort’s FREE WIFI. Our condo has all the amenities to make you feel at home. Prepare your own meals and relax in your own space, or use the Resort’s dining facilities, which include a restaurant and bar. Guest access Guests have access to all amenities of the beautiful, ocean front resort property. There are two swimming pools, one complete with water slide and poolside cabana-style bar and grill, two pool size jacuzzis, a fitness center and day spa. The resort's full-service restaurant and evening lounge, will provide you with nightly live entertainment. Other things to note ***PLEASE NOTE: This is a condo in a family resort, as such any violation of property or condo rules (loud music, large gatherings, drug use etc) will result in immediate removal from the property*** PROPERTY MAINTENANCE: From September 1 - October 31, maintenance is done for the Resort's shared facilities. This will result in limited or low staff, restricted access to swimming pools and closed restaurants/bar services. You will however still be able to use the condo unit and have access to the general hotel grounds. INCLUDES: Your $40 checkout cleaning fees and taxes, all use of the Resort's amenities (gyms, beaches, jacuzzi and sports facilities). OPTIONAL daily maid service, or towel & trash service can be arranged. This service is not included in the price and will come at an additional charges. Cost: $40 per cleaning. Cleaning’s must be arranged 24 hours in advance. Also spa services and other all inclusive offerings are at a cost determined by the Resort’s front desk. Food and Beverages are not included. However, there are meal options that can be purchased for the restaurant. Ask the Front Desk for details. Laundry service can be accessed at a cost for longer stays. Please let me know if this is needed. Sorry, no pets or smoking is allowed in the condo. There are designated smoking areas on the property that can be used.
