Other things to note There will be a $1,500 penalty charge for unauthorized parties and number of guests exceeding the authorized amount. Pets are welcome! There will be $200 cleaning fee for a stay with your pet. Although we do welcome pets to come stay with our guests, they are not allowed on the beds or furnitures. Please note that this residential neighborhood has a 10 mph posted speed limit for the protection of many vacationing families with small children who must walk or bike to the shoreline from their inland properties. Amenities are included, to ease the start of your stay, but the guests are responsible once it runs out. (Toilet paper, soap, etc). Quiet Hours commence at 10PM.
