The Fort Morgan Beach House is a cozy one-story 1,280 square foot house that has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that sleeps up to 11 people. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and 1 bedroom has a twin bed plus a bunk with a twin over a full size bed. This room sleeps 4. The spacious front porch is covered and has a view of the beach. The back porch is covered and has a view of Mobile Bay. The home offers an open floor plan for the living/dining/kitchen with a sectional sofa, a lower patio with a charcoal grill, picnic table, porch swing, and extra seating, plus a shaded parking area with a water hose for sand control. I will check in with you via Airbnb during your stay, and we also have a property manager in the area who can assist if there is something needed. Please enjoy your vacation! Pets must be attended inside the home or if left alone in the house they must be in a kennel. Pets are allowed on the beach, but must be leashed and attended. Guests must clean behind their dog at the home and on the beach. This home is inspected after every departure and guests are held responsible for damages. Maintenance services are available during your stay if needed. No Parties. Must respectful to the owner's neighbors/friends who live right next door. Must be at least 25 to book and person making the reservation must be present.
