CASA NOMADE is a newly built modern boho styled home located 15 mins south-west of the strip. It is a spacious 4 bedroom home with a loft, backyard and an open floor-plan perfect for families or entertaining. Every detail has been carefully thought out for your stay. All you need to do is show up, relax and enjoy all Vegas has to offer. Welcome to CASA NOMADE! We want all our guests to have a fantastic experience and hope you enjoy your time there as well. To that end, here are a few rules by which you must abide. Upon booking, you will receive an email with a request to sign and agree to the following rules and submit government issued identification. Note this is required for all guests and you must complete this document before check-in. In order to avoid any miscommunication of our rules please read the following carefully and contact us should you have any questions. HOUSE RULES: CHECK-IN The person who books the reservation must be present to gain access to the property. No third party bookings are allowed. EXTRA GUESTS The number of guests on your reservation is the maximum number of people allowed on property at any time. All visitors, day or night, must be cleared with us in writing in advance. Any additional people on site without prior approval will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, loss of all payments and deposits, and removal from the property. We have a zero- tolerance policy in this area. Depending on the individual property, we charge between $35 and $300 per person for additional guests on site either day or night, and larger groups also require an event location charge starting at $500. We love hosting parties and events at some of our properties but they must be negotiated in advance. We request your cooperation and understanding so we can continue to share our amazing homes with the world. PHOTO & VIDEO Our property is a beautiful place to shoot photos, and welcome you to it. DEPOSITS & FEES At most of our properties, we require guests to provide supplemental deposits ranging from $100 to $1000. These deposits will be requested once your reservation is confirmed, must be paid before check-in, and will be fully refunded within 15 days after checkout if all house rules are followed and the house is left in good condition. Should any violations or damages arise, Homegyrl may choose to deduct any fees and costs from this deposit in addition to seeking reimbursement from any booking site (Airbnb/VRBO/Booking/etc), any other security deposits paid by the guest. If violations or damages exceed the amount of any available deposits we may choose to pursue the matter in court, in which case you will also be held responsible for attorneys fees, court costs and hourly management fees. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE All our properties are booked nearly solid with visitors departing and arriving the same day. For this to work for you and all our other guests, the earliest you may arrive is 4 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made. You and your guests must be fully checked out of the house and off property no later than 11:00 a.m. sharp, unless prior approval is confirmed, or late fees of $100/hr charged in 1/2 hr increments will apply. Please help us stay on schedule and respect your fellow guests by checking out on time. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested in advance, up to two hours, and billed at $25 per hour. NOISE AND MUSIC Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep music and voices at a respectful volume. Many of our properties are in areas where there is a county-wide noise ordinance prohibiting amplified music or loud noises outdoors after 10 p.m. A minimum $1000 fee applies for any noise violation reported to management. A second notice of noise violation will result in immediate eviction from the property as well as forfeiture of all monies paid. SECURITY All our properties have external security cameras monitoring the entrances and common areas. These are required for our insurance and also for your safety. For your privacy, the feed automatically erases every 10 days. Obscuring, moving or otherwise altering the security cameras is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction from the property as well as forfeiture of all monies paid. In addition, a $1500 fee will be charged for our staff to come out and reset cameras. PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS We love animals as much as anyone. But due to health risks from serious allergies among some of our guests, we have to keep our properties thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. A minimum fee of $350 per animal will be charged to cover the costs and time required to deep clean all surfaces. Pets must be crated if you are not on the property. Pet feces must be picked up and disposed of in the trash can to avoid additional cleaning fees. Should any pet- related cleaning or damage result in a loss or delay in occupancy for future guests, you agree to pay all such costs incurred by Homegyrl as well as a goodwill fee of up to $2500 (in Homegyrl's sole discretion) which will be paid to the guest whose stay you disrupted. FIRE Many of our homes feature beautiful fire pits outdoors to warm the night and provide a fantastic place to lounge and watch the stars. Never leave a fire burning unattended. SMOKING All our properties are non-smoking buildings--that includes not only tobacco, but also marijuana and vaping. Smoking indoors will result in forfeiture of your deposit in full and/or costs for smoke remediation that start at $1500 and may be significantly higher. Smoking is only allowed outdoors at more than 10 feet from the house with all windows and doors to the home closed. Out of respect for the local environment, you must remove all cigarette butts from the property to avoid additional cleaning fees. PACKAGES AND DELIVERIES Packages and food delivery services are permitted. Guests DO NOT have access to the mailbox. Please ensure all packages are delivered to the front door. We are not responsible for any packages or deliveries that are lost or stolen. A FINAL WORD No firearms are allowed. Nor are any RVs and Trailers. Also not allowed are fireworks, amplified speakers and illegal drugs. In summary, anything that is illegal is also illegal at our properties.
