Parking: • Parking for 4 Vehicles. • No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted. • NO STREET PARKING House Rules: • No smoking • No parties or events • No Pets • Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay. • The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement • The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID. • Guests do not have access to the garage.
