Located just a stone's throw from the shores of Moosehead Lake, this beautiful home boasts everything you would expect from a visit to the Moosehead Lake Region. The serene location is just 20 minutes from downtown Greenville. While enjoying your stay, you are very likely to see moose and deer in your travels. This home even has direct access to the ATV and snowmobile trails! With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for you and your family. The space Moosehead lake can be accessed roughly 1/2 mile up the road at the Kineo Docks. From here you can take a ferry to Mount Kineo. There are hiking opportunities here as well as a golf course on the island. This property has direct access for snowmobiles and ATV trails. Other activities in the area include white water rafting, boating, kayaking, hunting, fishing, skiing, and canoeing. There are numerous guides available for hire in the area who can help make your trip more enjoyable. **This property does NOT have direct water access to Moosehead Lake. Moosehead Lake can be accessed roughly 1/2 mile up the road. There is a gas grill available for use, but you must supply your own propane. You can get a tank of propane in Greenville.
