Welcome to the Oak and Stone Lodge! We hope our cabin will be the perfect place to gather, relax and enjoy for you and your family. We thoughtfully designed our space to have mountain cabin vibes paired with modern amenities. Enjoy the game room, wood burning fireplace, spa shower, back deck, Jacuzzi and all the amenities we have to offer! **No Pets Allowed** **up to 8 guests** **Our vacation rental permit allows us to host a group of up to 8 people (including infants/children)** The space Key Features: >Location: Sugarloaf, Ca (a quiet subdivision of Big Bear) 6 miles to Snow Summit Resort and 7 miles to Big Bear Village. >Beds: Main Bedroom - King Bed Bedroom 2 - King Bed Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - Bunk room with 4 Twin XL Beds >Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms Primary bathroom includes a walk in spa shower with body jets, rain head and hand held shower. Secondary bathroom has a bathtub and shower. >Size: Approximately 1900 sq. ft of living space with a separate game and living room. Game room is very large and climate controlled. It contains a 65" Vizio smart tv, full size pool table, bar table and card table. Living room has a WOOD burning fireplace. >Amenities: -Upgraded kitchen with a large, center island perfect for cooking and serving to large groups. Also, we have a large dining table with seating for eight. -Dual, tankless water heaters with endless streaming hot water so that nobody goes without a hot shower! -Large backyard deck with a natural gas BBQ, comfortable outdoor seating, gas firepit and an in-deck Jacuzzi brand, hot tub. -Central Heating and A/C. (A/C is a rare amenity in Big Bear) Our cabin has also been renovated with upgraded insulation and a newer HVAC system. Its warm and cozy during the winters and cool during the summers. -Cabin sit on a flat lot with easy access during and after winter storms. Guest access Our cabin is located on a large, mostly flat lot that can accommodate four cars. Our permit only allows four cars parked, please do not bring any more or you could be fined by the county. No street parking is allowed. Access to the property via an electronic lock. Other things to note Our cabin is located in a neighborhood setting. Please observe quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. While our cabin is large enough to host a larger group, we are limited on the number of guests that we are allowed to host.
