The space Grayson Court consists of one main house and a detached casita all located within a walled property topped with an electric security fence. There is a single point of entry to the property: a security gate operated by our full-time caretaker. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. This listing is for the MAIN HOUSE. The main house at Grayson Court is a spacious 4,000+ sq ft 4 BD/4 BR two-story home. The detached casita houses our full-time caretaker who will be onsite to assist during your stay. It also includes one studio apartment that is rented separately from the main house. The main house and the guest casitas are rented separately: guests share a common driveway, entry courtyard, and front garden. They DO NOT share any interior or living areas. The main house also has a private backyard. FRONT PATIO When entering the main house, you are greeted with a spacious outdoor patio. This is a covered patio with a ceiling fan. The area contains outdoor seating. It is a beautiful place to enjoy a nice breeze or to enjoy a rainy day. FIRST FLOOR (Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Lounge, Laundry Room, Dedicated Work Space & Library, Bedroom 4, Bathroom 4 + LOCKED owner pantry & LOCKED owner storage closet) On the first level, you will find an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with ample space for your whole party. There is also one bedroom as well as one full detached bathroom with heated shower on the first floor. SECOND FLOOR (Primary Bedroom, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3, Linen Closet, Outdoor Balcony) Guests climb a staircase with railing to access the second floor. On the second floor are the remaining three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as access to an outdoor balcony. The Primary Bedroom and Primary Bathroom are on the second floor. This is a spacious primary suite that includes a king bed, couch/sitting area, walk-through closet, and en suite bathroom with double vanity and heated shower. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom (Bedroom 2) includes one double bed. It does not have an en suite bath, but there is a detached full bathroom across the hallway. The other bedroom (Bedroom 3) contains two double beds. This bedroom does have an en suite bathroom. The linen closet is also located on the upstairs landing where you can access both beach and bath towels. All three bedrooms upstairs have access to a shared outdoor balcony. BACK YARD The main house has access to a private backyard. This is a spacious area that contains both a patio as well as a grassy area and a trampoline. Guest access Guests of the main house at Grayson Court have access to the front patio, back yard, all four bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, lounge, workspace and library/office area. They DO NOT have access to enter detached guest casitas. In addition, inside the main house on the first floor there is one locked pantry and one locked storage closet (both located near the laundry room). Guests do not have access to either of these spaces as they are used to store owner items. There is a laundry room in the main house. Caretaker will use the laundry machine to wash laundry as needed per guest request. Laundry will be hung to line dry. Other things to note Grayson Court is located in a very safe neighborhood close to Jubilee House and several embassies. To further ensure the safety of our guests and property, we have several security features commonly found in Ghana: 1. Walled Compound with Electric Fence - The entire property is walled and topped with an electric fence. Only registered guests will be admitted into the property. 2. Security Cameras - Exterior security cameras record ALL outdoor areas of the property at ALL times. 3. Caretaker - We have a full-time live-in caretaker who lives at Grayson Court in one of the detached casitas. He is available to provide support during your stay, and will answer any questions you may have both about the property as well as getting around the city. During your stay, he is also available to support with cleaning and laundry.
