Haus BerchStein will still be able to accommodate up to 18 people in 2025. From 2026: we will expand with 3 extra bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. With a lot of time and love, the premises of Haus BerchStein are renovated in 2020 and completely newly furnished. In the combined group rooms of Haus BerchStein there is enough space for your entire group of up to 18 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There are also 8 bedrooms in the upscale hotel room style, all with a large 2.10 m double box spring bed. There are 6 bathrooms. For 18 people, a full single box spring bed is added to 2 double rooms. From 2026, Haus BerchStein can accommodate up to 25 persons, with 11 bedrooms + 8 bathrooms! At the end of 2025, the pictures of the extra space and the updated floor plan will follow. The extension is done in the same style. From the dining room and from the terrace you can enjoy the breathtaking view over the Sauerländer mountain landscape. Our house is the perfect retreat for family trips/celebrations, circles of friends, shared apartments and seminars. Four-legged friends are also welcome! (for a fee) The terrace is completely fenced for any infants or dogs. ATTENTION: For Airbnb, you can only request/enter up to 16 people, if your group is larger, there is an extra charge per person from the 17th person, please specify in your request. The booking price is based on self-catering, excl. Tourist tax. The spa fee is 2.20 per person per night from 16 years. Guest access Attention: there is a massage room on the floor plan, this room is not publicly accessible. Massages can be booked on request. Other things to note Haus Berchstein is not rented to youth groups, youth clubs and party groups. Music systems are not permitted as the owner also lives in the house.
