The condominium has complete infrastructure: restaurants, bakery, extensive bike path, exuberant nature, calm water beach all year round and waterfalls. It is the ideal setting for families with children, couples in search of tranquility or groups of friends who want to relax in style. The house has a large living room integrated with the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of natural light and a lovely view of the pool and the surrounding green. There are 06 suites, including a reversible intimate room, all with split air conditioning. The outdoor area surprises with a swimming pool that runs through the residence, connecting to the living room and the bedrooms through a deck.
