This luxury retreat is perfect for families and friends seeking a memorable vacation. Enjoy a resort-style pool with waterfalls and a waterslide, a spacious hot tub, an illuminated cabana, a screened-in porch, a fully stocked outdoor kitchen, and various games like table tennis, shuffleboard, and a putting green. The property features 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms in the main house and a separate bunkhouse structure + bathroom – each structure can sleep up to 12 guests. The whole property can comfortably host up to 24 guests in total. Please notify us at least a week in advance if you'd like the pool heated. Also please be aware there is a pool heating fee to cover the cost of the propane. Some additional amenities include a gas fire pit, outdoor games and an indoor game room. Reclaimed and refinished furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The pool and spa are routinely maintained on Tuesday and Friday mornings. The pool is only heated to 76 degrees. If the average temp during your stay is below 55 degrees, then we are not able to heat the pool. You must let us know a week in advance if you wish to have the pool heated upon your arrival - Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am - Please do not stick any tape or adhesives to the ceilings or the walls By booking this property, you agree to sign a standard rental agreement, which will be provided after booking and must be completed before check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability waivers, and other standard terms.
