This cozy cottage was built in 1916 and although the home has kept it's charming historical integrity, it's been renovated with relaxing coastal finishes. The upstairs master bedroom features a King, guest room has two Twin-XL beds. Guests will enjoy free wi-fi internet, Hulu and Netflix, and two parking spaces in the driveway. The space We are located in a historic small, but growing, town that is full of Stetson University sporting events, festivals and main street parades. Every Friday night, there is a lovely market in Artisan Alley downtown beginning around 6:00pm. An approximate address is: 104 Artisan Alley, DeLand, FL 32720. There is much to do throughout the year! We are also located about 30-40 minutes to some great beaches and Inter coastal waterways, boating and fishing on the Saint John’s River, Blue Springs State Park, and approximately 45 minutes to downtown Orlando attractions (Disney, Universal, concerts, water parks, and more). This home unfortunately is not handicap friendly. Both bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs and there are stairs to get into the home.
