The Big Courtyard - Apartment in historic farmhouse

The apartment in the countryside is located on the upper floor of a historic farmhouse with a huge natural garden directly on the field and forest. From the spacious kitchen/dining/living area view of the garden and village. The sleeping area for 4-6 people consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and a second living/play room with sleeping accommodations for 2 people (opens up the 2 bedrooms). For 8 people, another bedroom with a double bed (12 sqm) is added. Spacious toilet/bathroom area (16 sqm) with shower and tub. The space The house belongs to a spacious listed farm with numerous outbuildings. In the huge natural garden there are many fruit trees, there is a private spring and a pond. We have carefully renovated the former "Auszugs- oder Ellerwohnung" of our ancestors on the upper floor using high-quality and healthy building materials such as clay plaster, clay paint, linseed oil paint and solid oak planks. The apartment is lovingly furnished with family-owned furniture and souvenirs from many trips. We love to cook and therefore value a functional, well-equipped, spacious kitchen. There is an 80 cm wide induction stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher and of course all the necessary cooking utensils. At the paved barbecue area you can grill over wood fire and spend cozy evenings. Depending on the season, there are fruits and herbs to try in the garden. In the natural garden, numerous insects, amphibians and birds can be observed. Guest access Entrance, hallway, staircase and parts of the garden are shared with owners. The ground floor apartment is occupied by the owners. Other things to note The natural pond is not fenced! A camera is installed in the outdoor area (vegetable garden), which covers only this area (fenced garden).
